Please treat the house with respect. We do not charge a cleaning fee, so we expect you to leave the house in a similar condition to how you found it. Can Garbeta is located in the picturesque center of the old town of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar and accommodates up to 8 guests. Bedrooms are made available according to occupancy, with one room for every two guests. The house features modern furnishings, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (all with ceiling fans), and 3 bathrooms spread over 2 floors. This tastefully furnished traditional Mallorcan house also offers Wi-Fi, TV, a cot and high chair, toys for children, books, and board games, ensuring a relaxing holiday at any time of year. Street parking is available. Thanks to its central location, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and cafés are just a short walk away. The nearest beach is about a 15-minute drive. The house is in a quiet residential area and is not suitable for groups of young people or any kind of events.

With 2 cosy and spacious living rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, it can accommodate 6 people. The tastefully furnished villa also has Wi-Fi, heating (for an additional fee), a cot, a high chair, an extra bed (for an additional fee), a satellite TV, children’s toys, books, board games, bicycles as well as parking spaces. The outdoor area with its well-kept Mediterranean garden, a 25-m² pool, a covered terrace with its seating area, pool table, table soccer and a covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue area is the stand-out highlight, where you can enjoy your relaxing holiday. Villa Sa Grua leaves nothing to be desired and provides for exciting holidays. Shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car, the nearest beach in about 20 minutes by car. The vacation home is not suitable for youth groups and events of any kind.
